To get high quality backlinks, it's best to go to high authority blogs (make sure you actually read the blogs) and post a comment related to the post. Make sure you say how well you enjoyed reading the post/blog and you learned from it. Note: Just making a quick comment makes it seem spammy, so if you really want high quality backlinks you have to leave high quality comments... Hope this helps....
