I don't think my method is very unique - but it works.

What I do is to ask influencers in my niche for an e-mail interview. When they reply positively I send them a number of questions. When they are done I post my questions with their replies on my website.

This is in itself great content for my website. But a few days later I normally ask the influencer to link to the interview/post from their website and very often they don't mind doing so.
