We are building a multi-purpose destination in 7.5 acres of N/A land. The plots are owned by me (clear title in my name with 50 years title history) and I am offering a few to private buyers for sale. Kings Village is a resort made up of cottages built and owned privately - a few by private buyers like you and the rest will be owned by me - the promoter. These cottages will provide the accomodation for letting out to tourists and holiday makers. In addition I plan to build and operaate a Corporate Training Centre, which will also increase the occupancy rate.

In addition, we have planned Kings Village to include the best of country living and will not only have farm animals like cows, horses, chickens, goats etc., but also a Kings Cafe, swimming pool, sports arena for Tennis, cricket etc., organic farming, archery, star gazing and many such facilities in a resort setting.
