You need to do lots of stuff to increase traffic on your site through Facebook, Twitter and Google +. First you need to build a good network and then try to keep them engaged on you page by posting images, videos, blog and article links, conducting polls, asking questions and so on. This is the only way that I know to increase the traffic on site through these networking sites.
