Considering selling a near 12 month old project of mine.

As mentioned in title 65k / month visitors and steadily growing.
Adsense in use and making good money but I feel that much more could be made with targeted CPA/CPL
Video related site with automatic content, absolutely no work required.
Very solid Google ranking, and outranking major competitors.

Much more to be said but please PM for further details. Selling as have had a child and funds required to buy a house, tired of renting.
