I want to lose about 15 lbs to reach my lowest healthy weight. I want to decrease my fat % and tone completely. For now, I take walks with my daughter for about 30 min/day about 3x/week and I sometimes jog on the treadmill. I drink a lot of all-natural, low-calorie fruit smoothies and keep my overall caloric intake low.
