I do agree with your points. No doubt with e commerce you can offer twenty four hour services for your customers. So even if it is a holiday, you customers will still stick to you that day and you can offer them your services. In addition to this your customer will also not leave you due to the time factor. They can now avail your service anytime of the day or the night.
