Hello,

I have just started trying to get things working on my first hardware design with the SAM7S64 and have encountered a strange problem.
If I compile my project for RAM Debug, everything works fine, but does not if I compile for FLASH Debug. This is only a problem on my PCB. The same project, with no changes, works fine in both RAM and FLASH Debug modes on the EVAL baord from Atmel.
I used the Basic tools template as a start point for my project. I am using the IAR kickstart and JLINK JTAG unit for programming/debugging.
I have JTAG SEL, ERASE and TST pins all floating, which according to data sheet is OK as they are internally handled with resistors.
Any ideas of what is going on here, or what I am missing?

Please help.
