This. It can be hard to find any do-follow blogs. But I don't think that you should only comment on those. It never hurts to comment on no-follow blogs as well. That way it looks more natural to the search engines.

By doing blog commenting we'll able to insert a links to our website within the blog comments so obviously we'll be getting a backlinks from these blog posting pages so such backlinks are helping our website in getting a good page rank.
