What is your most used scripting language?
Hi All,

I use PHP mostly these days, but I have heard that Perl is better for certain tasks..

What do you recon the best scripting language is as an all rounder?

Nice Thread! Now-a-days, PHP is used more often. In recent times php frameworks also enhanced for ease and simplified code maintenance.

i personally choose python.as far as i know it is one of the easiest language ever.and its popularity is growing like anything these days

Yes, I agree python is easiest language. But beyond that latest frameworks like Laravel, Yii has been developed for ease and simplified code maintenance.

Php is the go to in my opinion but every developer like certain things for certain reasons, i do not think there is a best in term of application just usability.
