Since more and more consumers are using different screen device for browsing, emailing, shopping, etc. So, mobile friendly website has become another important factor in SEO.
Google has provided a solution: the three basic ways you can build a mobile-friendly website: responsive design, dynamic serving, and a fully separate mobile site.
From these three which one you have selected? Why?

Mobile friendly website as well as responsive design both are used because 40% people using smart phones. Mobile size & desktop size also important so use responsive design.
