Nice, simply and modern design.
But you also have to make it responsive!
This is not repsonsive. Just hiding the x-axis toolbar...

Very Modern Design, I found it to be responsive but rather bland in terms of Navigation. But overall a Very nice site. +Marks for very nice Graphics

I like it, clean look, but yeah responsive is important and Google will Penalize you.

These are something I can tell after a quick look:
1. The site is a little slow.
2. The date of post is not clear (Only show the time, not the date).
3.Awesome Layout

the site is not fully responsive. for property sites its ideal to be responsive, since lots of people use tablets and ipads while surfing them.
