Please tell me, What is Difference Between Unitary And Federal Government...?

Federal government is a type of national government in which government have powers to delegates the power to other elected member of the states.
Unitary government is a kind of government system in which a single power, which is known as the central government, controls the whole government.

Unitary Government, this relationship is largely one-sided, with the central government enjoying almost complete control over their smaller local government entities. In a unitary system, almost all power and responsibility is vested in the central government. Local governments may only exercise power through the central government.
A federal government is a system that divides up power between a strong national government and smaller local governments. We'll take a look at how power plays out between the national and local government, and the benefits of a federal government.
