What should we choose between Shared Hosting and VPS? And What shared hosting is the best at this time?

If you are getting started only - that is recommended to have a look and check as well shared hosting. As good shared hosting provider I recommend http://sivehost.com/. They are really good ones!

VPS hosting is much preferred as they host privately. A shared hosting plan hosts multiple accounts on a single dedicated IP address. They are usually used to save costs and space for hosting. Shared hosting is not very recommendable as they do not provide data security as the same space and IP address is shared between multiple clients.

Shared Web hosting means all residents are in the same location and must share the available resources with everyone. These may include such things as the pool, parking lot, and play ground. VPS Hosting means Virtual Private Server, you are allotted resources that are not shared by everyone.

Shared hosting is useful for normal websites but if your website receiving higher traffic than you can purchase VPS.

If you have 500-1000 visitors a day, you should use VPS. If not, you can use Share host.
But if you have money and want your website load fast, smooth, then you can use VPS. It is up to you.
