I would suggest you to use monitor backlinks analyzing tool which helps you to remove all your bad backlinks.And always Link to those websites which are relevent to yours.

There are various Online SEO tools for the management of backlinks but it would be better if you use Google Webmaster tool and remove bad backlinks using Google Disavow if your website have any bad quality backlinks.

There are several Online SEO tools available for the management of backlinks. Yet it would be better If you use Google Webmaster tool to check the quality of your Backlinks.
Remove bad backlinks using Google Disavow If your website has any bad quality backlinks.
