1.Go to the disavow links tool page.
2.Select your website.
3.Click Disavow links.
4.Click Choose file and choose the file you created.
5.It can take a few weeks for Google to process the information that you upload.

you can disallow page crawling by mentioning noindex nofollow tag or exclude them from the robots.txt file.

The Disavow tool is part of Google Search Console (formerly known as Webmaster Tools), which allows websites to discount the value of inbound links, helping to prevent link-based penalties.

Make sure your backlink list is ready. Then visit the Disavow Tool at https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...vow-links-main. Select the site you want to use and click "Reject Link."

Step 2: Create your list of links to disavow. Separate by URL and/or by domain.
Step 3: Upload your disavow list as a . txt file to the Google Disavow Tool.
