Servers from planethoster.com and swisslayer.com are provided on sweet terms and I'd like to know which way is better to follow? Any ideas?

If you decide to make a website for yourself and maybe for 20 visitors a week then personal hosting account is a good choice, but if you doing something with more than 300 visitors a day, then business hosting account will work fine for your needs.
