Crawling and indexing are processes which can take some time and which rely on many factors.

How Long Does it Take Google to Index a New Page?
Share: There's no shortage of content floating around on exactly how Google's algorithm works and just how long it takes to gain traction in search engines. There's so much written on the subject, in fact, that it's hard to distinguish the credible from the unreliable. When you publish a new blog post, site page, or even website, there are factors that determine how quickly it will be indexed – and more importantly found – in search engines. Google has a refresh rate for different websites - that's how it can show news articles within seconds. If your website is frequently updated and has high standing in Google's eyes then your new post should get indexed in a couple of hours (provided it is linked to from the home page).
