Put the keywords that you want to have results :

1) At the content of your site. Articles/texts with good density of your keywords will help
2) Put h1 tags with your keywords (1-2 per page)
3) Put meta description content with your keywords
4) Add your keywords to your site title
5)Create friendly url with your keywords

To select keywords for your site you should :
1. check google webmasters for which keywords are making impressions for your site
2. Pick the ones that have more impressions and check the search volume and competition in adwords.

Basically - high impressions, high search volume, low competition and low current serp position is what your should go for.
