Penalized domain
A few days ago I bought a domain name that have page rank 4.
Unfortunately, after site development and submission in webmaster tools I received a message which explain that my website violate Google guides. What can I do now?

You should have checked before you brought it. There are many website penalty checker tools. You can't do anything now. Buy new domain and move website over there.

There can be two options available now, first is to found which are the things that violates guidelines i.e. links, content or anything else, and as soon as it is done, we have to fix and remove any negative things and then file a re-consideration request under WMT, other way is to start work on new fresh domain.
