You should go for it if you are getting quality links . In my opinion if you really wanna buy then get them from SEOClerks.

My Suggestion is not to go after paid link..... You will be safe only until google catches you Try to generate good and quality back links through other safer ways like; PR writing, blogging, guest posting, social media and etc All the best |

Link buying may attain traffic in short term: But it definitely is not recommended if you want to make your suite healthy in the long run
Google allows weight for the links, and also can identify the trusted source: It is very likely that your website is getting penalized with the link buying concept in future
