weight loss need or not?
i am 5 foot lobg, and my weight is 50, whether my weight is less, more or suitable?

I think your wait is perfect. not need to decrease. and i think you can be increase some wait like 5kg more.

I think your weight is good.
You don't need to lose weight or gain weight. Eat healthy diet and do regular exercise to maintain your existing weight.
