SEO and PPC both are different and serves different goals.

The end result of both SEO and PPC is to drive traffic. SEO takes time as you will need high rankings in the SERPs, while PPC can drive quick traffic but you will need to pay for the same.

Well, it mainly depends on your needs and budget.
