Sms or Mobile marketing is just as legal as email marketing in the United States anyway. And it is extremely effective if it's done correctly using best practices as you would with building and marketing to an those on your email list.

When someone opts into a sms list...they agree to get texts and just like email...if they get tired of it, they can always opt out. Of course their are a bunch of others out there that you can legally and effectively build a list and do all sorts of cool things in a marketing campaign.

It's just so effective and the ability to combine mobile marketing with other types of marketing . I just think that this is going to be the major way business should be marketing now and into the future.
