I'm really so sorry but I'm having difficulty in understanding your question

SEO is referred to Search Engine Optimization which is the process of affecting the visibility of a website in a search engine's unpaid results - often referred to as "natural," "organic," or "earned" results ..

So if your site is about "X" .. when people search google, bing or yahoo for "X" .. you want your page to appear in that search .. preferably in the first pages .. to do that you need SEO strategy

Owning a website is the first step of your online business .. you have to have a site first and once you have one you need to make its content SEO friendly so you increase the traffic to your site and the search engine visibility
