Can my gutters be replaced without replacing my roof?
My roof is in great shape. We have two layers of roofing on it, but had it inspected and has another 10+ years in it. My gutters however are rusting through. Because my city requires a drip guard with gutter installation I cannot find a licensed contractor who will replace my gutters because it will damage my roof when they install the drip guard. Anyone with ideas of how I can get around this without having to pay $10k for a new roof when I don't need to?
