A Caprese salad Skewers is one of our all time favorite salads. Caprese salad Skewers is one of my supreme choice dishes, and one that truly personifies summer season, in my point of view. It’s good every which way – splayed out on a plate, piled high, or in these little bites, smothered with the lovely wedding of a good-quality balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Fresh, juicy, colorful and flavorful… what’s not to love?
Not to state, it can help make you friends!
You can bring this generous plate to a happy hour get together in your neighborhood, or where you met so many friendly, pleasant people. While enjoying a lot of tasty dishes and drinks, I was paying more concentration to our new friends than the food, but before I knew it, these bites of Caprese Salad Skewers were gone. Not only were they easy and fast to put jointly, but everybody seemed to like them, too. Sprinkled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and assembled in 25 minutes, this was an easy, delicious little appetizer that will appeal to anybody.
In the future, we think we will add a little proscuitto or sun dried tomatoes to the bites, but we think you would agree they’re super tasty just as is. Try these Caprese Salad Skewers for next time you have pals over or want to bring a fancy but non choosy starter to the table!
