vercxapp Registered User Join Date: Jan 2018 Posts: 8	VercX Property Management App You have the tenant, Property Manager, and service provider (handyman) all communicating to get something fixed. The landlord is asking the tenant for pictures of the issue and get an estimate from the handyman, approve work, and make sure the work was done.
