High quality content means you are creating unique content for your site. No duplicate content is advisable if you were trying to do this kind of method. Google hates duplicate content and it might hit you in the end. Use your own words instead of scraping them from ezine, goarticles, squidoo etc. Avoid spun content... It must be 500-600 words or more and try to submit them on high authority sites like wordpress, reddit, blogger etc.

When I am creating backlinks for my client's fully insured car carrier website, I always do the same strategy.
