SEO ( organic traffic ) - mainly comes from search engines. For example when you are looking for something and put keywords to Google you will find search results. Wneh you click on those results it's organic traffic/
PPC - you pay for keywords. For example you want to promote green smoothies keywords because you cannot rank it in google fast ( or at all for some reason ). Then you can buy traffic for that keyword to your website
