The best way to get do follow links is too Google websites with high PR rank and then post on those forums and make sure under your profile settings you have your website linked.
Post around 5 or 6 posts per website and move on, Google will cap it on one website so you don't take advantage of the system. So in short, Post on forums and you can also write blogs that link to your website.
