Every Social Networking site has its own pros and cons.

We tend to forget that there is a world outside Social Media, we keep on scrolling the Facebook news feeds and Instagram posts for a very long time at times it is productive but most of the time this leads to wastage of time.

You should not take your smartphone into your hands while having your lunch, dinner or breakfast. you should concentrate on your daily activities. you should take out a specific slot in a day and use your smartphone for browsing Social media sites during the unproductive time like travelling in trains, buses and when stuck in traffic.

Even if you spend 30 minutes daily on any Social Networking site you have almost consumed 900 minuets in a month that is almost 15 hours in a month exploring Social Medai.

Although social media also has some positive benefits as well
