For getting a good page rank You have to do the seo activities(both on and off page) in an efficient manner,do your submissions on good page rank sites, do ppc for your site, do well consider on on-page activities which is the most important for it.

Yahoo is a great search engine and I think that using this search engine is still very beneficial. Whereas, goggle is a good search engine and using this always highly effective.

Back when the internet is not yet as developed as it is now, search engines were not able to determine which articles did keyword stuffing. Today however, stuffing your article with keywords will no longer help you with your ranking.

get backlinks from high PR do-follow site and get high traffic. That's the only way i know.
