If you are looking for the browser with the most SEO extensions and plugins than Firefox and Chrome would be the best. But taking also privacy in to consideration I would choose Firefox.

Firefox is the best but with Google Toolbar not working with Firefox above 4 version it is a setback for SEO. With the continuous update of Firefox, the developers of extensions are unable to update them as Firefox is updating itself. With every update one or two SEO extensions stop working and become non-compatible with Firefox.
