Post blogs on your website with fresh content. Do off page optimization regularly on high PR sites and have patience. Google is updating too much.

Do guest posting and target various keywords in your seo campaign instead of few. Try to submit content to high authority sites (paid blogs, and other sites). Work on Social media and interact with users which will help you increase ranking in SERP.

after they search engine introduce localization (means local search) its quite hard to get ranking from target keywords...use your target audience local post or data to optimize your link
