The advantages of black hat.
1.A short time ranking on the home page. 2.1 days -3 months of stable rank home page. 3.Can bring a lot of income. Black hat harm: 1.Be found on the hopeless. 2.The term black hat techniques do have limitations. 3.Black hat techniques can not do regular content sites, and can only do doorway pages - because the gray industry everyone to do so.

Benefit is only short term, as your site might rank faster. However after few days it will of no use, and chances of site penalized would be higher.
