You can delete the indexed URLs from Google Webmaster tool.

You want to delete url from site google indexing, go to Google Index in the Google Webmaster tool, and choose Remove URLs.

The best method would be declaring those pages which you don't want to be indexed, in the robot.txt file. You can find good help on how to write the robot.txt if you search on google.

Google updates its entire index regularly. When we crawl the web, we automatically find new pages, remove outdated links, and reflect updates to existing pages, keeping the Google index fresh and as up-to-date as possible.

Post Re:

You can also disallow those URL via robots.txt file. Just add them into robots.txt file they will automatic de-indexed after some time or on Google's next crawl.
