Question Regarding Panda Penalty

Dear Friends,

My website was hit by panda due to duplicate content across domains. So I revamped my site with entirely new content. My site don't have any sort of bad links or low quality links. Its been 1 month but I didn't notice any improvements in my keywords in Google Results, previously site was at top 10 for almost all the keywords (My Niche is not very competitive)

When should I expect my previous rankings to return. Should I wait for next Panda Update ?
