There is no countable, we can add unlimited urls in one bookmarking sites. But some websites take some times submit different urls like 1hour to 24 hours per day. As algorithm rules we can promote every page of a website because it should be mark as spam for your website.

It depends on your how many URLs you want to use in a single social bookmarking site. Even few SB sites doesn't take same URL twice so in that case you have to use different URLs at the every instant you post a comment on it.
