From my perspective, better option is ahrefs. I have used them both. Spyglass has also a lot of (unnecessery) options and keeping old backlinks. Ahrefs is much faster and with more valuable features.

I also go with Ahref because here we have almost every features to be used in SEO. I having experiencing of using this 1 year.
