Please share some information about RSS submissions. What its benefits in SEO and is it still beneficial for SEO?

When a visitor visit any blog or website and wants to get up-dates every time when material up-dates on that web page.Then RSS Feed is a medium which allows to get automatic up-dates whenever material update on subscribed blog or website.So generally it allows to get more traffic on blog or website.
