No there is no effect of meta keywords on google ranking.

Yes, google uses meta keywords. these keywords helps google in finding about your website and helps to show your website on google search.

Google mostly check meta keywords first and make that keyword in top of search engine for your website

No. that has been stopped by Gooogle from 2005. Now, Meta keyword is not effective in seo and keyword ranking.

You can place your keywords in keyword tags but if you think that this will help in ranking your keyword then don't use this tag.

Yes, Google use keyword tag to find a web page on search engine. It really help to increase website ranking and traffic also.

First i would like to tell about meta tages Meta tags are a great way for webmasters to provide search engines with information about their sites. Meta tags can be used to provide information to all sorts of clients, and each system processes only the meta tags they understand and ignores the rest .Google doesn't use the "keywords" tag in our web search ranking.The tags, an easy way to advice the search engines how to read and index your website, are no longer used.
