Hi,

why only google give Page rank to all websites, other search engines can not give value and page rank to the websites?

All Search Engines had their own ranking system and their names,the name of ranking system of Google is Page Rank commonly known as PR.

As rajivwebads said: PR belongs to Google. Why would other search engines use Google's methods of ranking?

I don't agree with you because every search engine has its own ranking but Google is the king of all search engines so that's why this is most famous that Google give page ranking nothing els.

page rank is the concept introduced by the google to portray the credibilityof a website.page rank is also one of the factor google consider while ranking search result.

Because majority of internet user use google for Search thats why google Is the king of The web and page rank was invention of google

I am not agree with you.I have shown that many blogs and websites have different page rank also.You read more details about page rank in Google search engine that is help for getting page rank of website or blog or web page.

I don't think that PR varies in different search engines. Google has the most sophisticated algorithm and being popular his rules re PR is followed by other SE.
