Keyword tools helps to select the right keywords for your website. I use Google Adwords keywords tool. It is a best tool provide by Google. It shows the Local and Global monthly searches means demand related to my suggested keywords. Some times I don't suggest the keywords for my website then It suggest the relevant keywords related to my website with their demand in search engines. It tells the cost estimation of my suggested keywords for my adword campaigns.

I would agree that the WEB SEO is valuable, but I challenge anyone who uses that tool solely as their method of keyword research.

Google tools, all are very well organized and friendly. I make use of Google Adwords, Google Webmaster and Google Analytics in my daily reference work.

Yes, there are plenty of these tools for KW that may be available out there in the web but it will be apparent that the one from Google is best.
