i have read some post on Google plus and the benefit of it. People say if we are working well on google plus it will help to get better ranking it is true? if yes please share your suggestions and experience on google plus.

I believe that Google puts more emphasis on Plus in order to encourage people to use it more. Although I think you need to update it regularly and get some interaction.

When you are sharing anything on Google+, you are getting a backlink from Google itself and traffic from Google+ users. Which would definitely help you to get better ranking..
