For me its google webmaster tools as you get googles insight into your website. I also use statcounter to see who is clicking on my page and from where and if its paid or non paid traffic.

In my opinion, Google Keyword Planner and Screaming Frog is the most recommend on page SEO tools.

My recommend is Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush. It is very useful with a lot of function.
