A 301 redirect tells the search engine that the page has moved permanently to the new URL. A 302 redirect tells the search engine that the move is only temporary, earch engines handle 301 redirects the same but Search engines handle 302 redirects very differently thats why i think 301 redirect is better...

redirection is depends on your requirement if you are going to move your page for temporary time then 302 redirection is the good and if you are going to move your page permanently then 301 redirection is good.

301 Redirect and 302 Redirect both serves different purpose. If you change your domain or page for permanently than 301 is suitable for you. While 302 redirect used for temporary redirects.

301 redirect is better. 301 Redirection is permanent redirection which we basically implement when one of our site or web page has permanently moved to some other location. It helps us to retain the exiting traffic that is coming to the old web page or website.

You can use any of these, because both of these will solve the redirection issue for a URL.
