I am a big fan of Goolge and why it should be, that helps me a lot. Every time I want information about anything you give me guidance. I mostly use Google.com and Google Analytics.

Yes why not, because google has announced that it will be effective and you can get advantages from google +1 circles and shares therefore you should create your business page on google + if you don't have one.

you can get to Google Plus by visiting a website � Google.com/+. But it also travels with you across different Google web properties and increase your website traffic.

Yes it is, more +1's you got higher your post ill appear on search engine and also if you create a page on google plus like facebook then you can get more +1's as well.

I think No. Many Google products have been suspended in the midle like Google Buzz, Knol, etc and similarly Google is experimenting with +1 and Google plus. I don't think that the +1 feature is helpful in any sense. Google has to withdraw such failed features as soon as possible.
