What forum software is the best from your experience?

Would like to host one of my clients websites, it is forum discussion board about different vehicles.
Require over 50 gbs of SSD and the opportunity to upgrade to bigger account.
Do you think VPS will work fine? What vps host is better from your views: NetShop-isp.com.cy or other web host?
As for forum software, I know these are good: vBulletin, phpBB. What is better?

I'd say they are friendly people, have good service, good value for money and only minor flaws. NetShop-isp.com.cy offers everything for both the low level user up to the high traffic corporate sites. My site has high traffic and their speed connectivity is really fast.

After you sign up with Netshop isp UK VPS, they contact you during the first week just to know if you are happy and have no technique troubles. I have not really had to use the customer service, because everything was fine with them (no downtime and no problems).

It's a hosting provider that I will recommend without a doubt.

Moved to NetShop-isp.com.cy and fully-satisfied with their Cyprus VPS services. Their control panel system is absolutely fantastic. it is all redesigned CPanel functions in their own simplistic interface. they have reduced all the Webmail clients down to a single perfect client.... a really professional job.
