I want to know your suggestion that does video promotion help to improve the ranking of a Website in search engine ?

Video promotion is just that. you are working on a video, not the site. If you want to rank the video that's fine, but that is its own entity. The video and site are not related. I would suggest making a meaningful video that represents your site or business. Try and make a great video which will drive someone to your site after watching.

Hi Magan,
Video submission didn't help directly in seo but if your video is awesome (Gangnam Style), you will get more views and share by that your website will become popular and you will start getting mentions on the web.

Of course yes, search engine gives high rewards and it is the best and ideal way but keep in mind that choose a video that compliments your product, service and it's advantage.

If you well optimize your video then you'll probably receive traffic back to your site.

Content is not limited to text or images; among all type of content, video content has very low bounce rate, because user stick with the video.

Videos has no direct impact to SEO, but if a video go viral it may attract lot of links and sharing.
